Return & Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, you may raise a return request within 15 days of delivery by following the below steps:

2. We will send you the return shipping labels on your registered email address
3. Ship the item back to us in original condition with all the tags and packaging the product was shipped in
4. Once the product is received, we will initiate the refund or exchange within 7 business days
5. In case of refund, the amount will be processed to your original mode of payment within 15 days from the date the return is received

After 30 days, all sales are final.
Customized and personalized items are non-refundable.
The Gemstone Collection can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please follow the same steps for return as mentioned above.
